Can't find your order number?

It's 10 digits long and can be found in a few places:

Email from Etsy

You will have an email from Etsy confirming your order. It's the 10 digit confirmation number underlined here:

Etsy Website

If you log in to Etsy and go to Your Account > Purchases, then find the order and click on the View Receipt button:

Then it's the 10 digit number at the top of the page:

Etsy App

The app doesn't let you see your receipt currently!
If you purchased using the app, try to log on to the website or track down the email confirmation from Etsy as described above.
